Drum Loops and Samples Boutique Drum Loops and Samples Boutique BPMsonic End User License Agreement - Version 1.1 - August 11th, 2024
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “Licensee”) and BPMsonic by Jens Boje (“Licensor”), further referred to as “BPMsonic”, governing your use of digital drum kits, sample packs, loops, and other related content (“Content”) provided through our website [bpmsonic.com].
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Content, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use the Content.
BPMsonic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content for personal, non-commercial, or commercial purposes subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

All Content provided by BPMsonic remains the property of BPMsonic. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Content, only a license to use it under the terms specified.
BPMsonic reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your license if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Content and delete or destroy any copies in your possession.
The Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BPMsonic disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall BPMsonic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Content, even if BPMsonic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BPMsonic, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Content.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
BPMsonic reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Website, and your continued use of the Content following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
